Gaga Tours – Booking Terms & Payment Conditions


Safari Tour Cancellation Charges:

Our commitment to providing an exceptional experience with Gaga Tours is reflected in our booking and cancellation policies. Once accommodations or services are booked, cancellation charges apply to cover incurred fees:

– Cancellation up to 60 days before safari: Zero charges.
– Cancellation up to 35 days before safari: 20% charges.
– Cancellation up to 15 days before safari: 40% charges.
– Cancellation less than 15 days before safari: 60% charges.
– Cancellation 3 days or less before safari: 100% charges.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 6 months of the refund date, subject to a 5% administrative fee.

Complaints and Safari Issues:

We strive for a trouble-free safari with Gaga Tours. In the event of a problem, please inform your tour manager promptly to address and resolve the issue on-site. Any unresolved matters should be communicated in writing within 20 days of your return for further investigation and action.

Payment Terms:
Enjoy the ease of our payment structure:
– 0% deposit for one-day safaris.
– 20% deposit for 2-3 day safaris.
– 30% deposit for 4-6 day safaris.
– 40% deposit for 7-12 day safaris.
– 50% deposit for combined Kenya/Tanzania safari tours.

The balance is due 6-1 day before your safari, with online credit card payments preferred. We discourage cash transactions and offer a secure online payment system for your convenience.

Gaga Tours prioritizes your safety and enjoyment on safari. While we take all precautions, we cannot be liable for incidents arising from factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to make itinerary changes and substitute hotels of comparable status when necessary.

Law and Jurisdiction:
All terms and conditions are governed by Kenyan law, with dispute resolution through arbitration in Kenyan courts.

Complaints/Issues on Safari:
Any dissatisfaction or issues during your safari should be immediately communicated to your tour manager. Formal complaints should be submitted within 30 days of completing the safari, allowing us to investigate and address the matter promptly.
