Day 1 :

NAIROBI – MASAI MARA (Appx: 265kms – 5 hrs)

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Safari Day 1: 05:00 hrs: Your driver/guide will pick you up from your Nairobi hotel, airport, or residence in a 4x4 Jeep for the journey to the Maasai Mara. Overnight: We’ll break up the drive with a stop in Narok for breakfast, arriving at the Maasai Mara mid-morning. This world-famous wildlife reserve is home to an incredible variety and concentration of animals, including the Big Five—lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and Cape buffalo—with a special focus on big cats like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Game Drives: Spend the day exploring the vast savannah on game drives, spotting big game along with warthogs, hyenas, zebras, and more. We'll pause for a picnic lunch and take some time to relax if you wish.

Day 2 :

Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Full Day

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner We’ll start the day early to enjoy the morning light and the sounds of the birds waking up. Today is all about exploring the Maasai Mara with unlimited game drives, so get ready to tick off the animals on your must-see list. The Maasai Mara is home to the highest concentration of wildlife in this part of Africa, and you’ll be right in the heart of it. If you’re visiting during the Great Migration (July – October), you’ll witness thousands of gazelles, zebras, and wildebeests crossing the Mara River in search of food. We’ll stop by the river for a picnic lunch, where you can watch hippos, crocodiles, and other wildlife in action. You also have the option to visit a local Maasai village to learn about their customs and lifestyle, and perhaps buy some of their handmade beadwork. For an extra special experience, consider an early morning hot air balloon safari over the Maasai Mara. You’ll float above the park as the animals begin their day, a truly unforgettable sight. Just let your driver/guide know if you’d like to arrange this.

Day 3 :

Maasai Mara to Amboseli (520 km – Approx. 9 Hrs)

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner We’ll depart early in the morning, even before the birds are up, for our journey to Amboseli National Park. As we travel through fields and farmland, we’ll take breaks to appreciate Kenya’s beautiful landscapes. We’ll also stop for lunch to stretch and relax. We’ll arrive at Amboseli Park in the afternoon, where there will be time for a game drive to explore and get familiar with the reserve. On the southern edge of the park, you’ll see the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro, always watching over the diverse wildlife in this smaller but rich park. As evening approaches, the clouds may clear, revealing the snow-capped peak of Kilimanjaro, offering us a breathtaking view of one of Africa’s most iconic sights.

Day 4 :

Full Day at Amboseli National Park

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Today is all about game drives and relaxation, tailored to your preference. Just let your driver/guide know how much of each you'd like. We’ll start the day early with a pre-breakfast safari as the elephant herds make their way to the watering holes. Afterward, we’ll return to our lodge or tented camp for a hearty safari breakfast. The morning continues with a leisurely game drive, taking advantage of Amboseli’s sparse vegetation, which makes wildlife spotting easier. We’ll enjoy a relaxed lunch and then plan our afternoon. Your driver/guide, an expert on the park, will help you choose areas to explore, such as the marshes, lakes, or woodlands. As evening approaches, get ready for another stunning African sunset and, if the sky is clear, a perfect view of the snow-capped peak of Kilimanjaro. Don’t forget your camera!

Day 5 :

Amboseli to Nairobi

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch On our final safari morning, we’ll make the most of our time with a pre-breakfast game drive, checking off any last animals on our list. After breakfast, surrounded by the beauty of the park, we’ll head out for one more mid-morning drive, visiting any spots we might have missed. Then, we’ll begin our journey back to Nairobi, stopping for lunch along the way. We expect to arrive in Nairobi at around 16:30 hrs (4:30 pm)
